1. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artworks and prints, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure you review all product details before purchasing.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution where possible.
2. Shipping Policy
Original Artworks: Shipping for original pieces is arranged separately after purchase. Buyers will be contacted to determine the best shipping method and costs such as pickup in Milverton or Stratford ON., delivery in surrounding area, or shipping.
Prints: All prints are carefully packaged in a protective tube to ensure safe delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be provided where applicable. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers.
International Shipping
International shipping may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing in the destination country.
3. Copyright & Usage
All artworks, including original pieces and prints, remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a piece does not grant reproduction, resale, or commercial use rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in $ CAD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed in full before any artwork is shipped.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address entry.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is used only for processing orders and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
6. Limited Liability
By purchasing from this website, you agree that the artist is not liable for:
Any damage, delays, or loss caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Any customs or import-related fees incurred on international orders.
Any misuse, improper handling, or alterations of the artwork after delivery.
